Online Registration

Online registration will be available in early 2020.
 

Things to remember for 2020

  • We no longer have open sessions. If you want to attend a session, even if it is free, you must register for it.
  • Registrants will not receive their Certificate of Professional Development hours until the conference survey has been completed.
  • One of our conference hotels has switched from Loews Ventana Canyon to the Hilton El Conquistador.

 

Base Conference Registration Rates

$525 Advanced Registration Rate (Until June 28, 2020)

$575 Late Registration Rate (Starting June 29, 2020)

$300 Student Teacher Rate – To receive this rate, student teachers must have documentation from their university advisor that they are student teaching in fall or spring 2020-21. Send to [email protected].

Base Registration Includes:

  • Over 150 Professional Development Sessions
  • ACTEAZ Presidents Networking Reception on Sunday
  • Full Breakfast on Monday, July 20th and Tuesday, July 21st
  • Buffet Lunch on Monday, July 20th and Tuesday, July 21st
  • ACTEAZ Awards Breakfast on Wednesday Morning, July 22nd
  • Conference Materials
  • Access to Conference Exhibitors

 

Onsite Registration Hours

Conference registration packets can be picked up from the registration area at Westin La Paloma. You can also register onsite if needed. Below are the Registration Desk hours:

Friday, July 17th

7:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday, July 18th

7:00am – 6:00pm

Sunday, July 19th

7:00am – 4:00pm

Monday, July 20th

7:00am – 4:00pm

Conference Registration Payment

Please note that you will not officially be registered for the conference until your purchase order or payment is received. We accept any of the following:

  • Purchase Orders (If your school is sending a purchase order in, please select this option. Give the school a copy of the registration confirmation code and have them send in a PO to complete your registration. Call the ACTEAZ office (623) 377-5118 if you have questions regarding this policy. Purchase Orders must be accompanied by completed online registration confirmation for each individual attending.
  • Check
  • Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
