Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds


Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked or e-mailed to shellyyork@acteaz.org no later than June 24, 2018. Refunds will be issued following the conference.

Substitutions

Substitutions will not be accepted unless received in writing from the original registrant or CTE Director’s office. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. A letter from the original registrant authorizing the substitution must be e-mailed to shellyyork@acteaz.org along with the substitutes completed registration form by June 24, 2018.

Refunds

Request for refunds must be in writing and postmarked or e-mailed to shellyyork@acteaz.org no later than June 24, 2018. Refunds will be issued following the conference. No Refunds will be made for any days, meals or sessions missed.
