To receive this rate, student teachers must have documentation from their university advisor that they are student teaching in fall or spring ’27-’28. Documentation must be sent to [email protected]. Registrations without documentation will be adjusted to the Standard Registration rate.

Cancellations must be e-mailed to [email protected] no later than June 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Time). Refunds will be issued following the conference.

Note: Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not submitted a cancellation request by the required date will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Substitutions must be e-mailed to [email protected] from the original registrant or CTE Director’s office. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute in their place. A letter from the original registrant authorizing the substitution and an updated PO must be e-mailed to [email protected] along with the substitute’s completed registration form by July 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Time).

Request for refunds must be requested by e-mail to [email protected] no later than 
June 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Time). Refunds will be issued following the conference.


I hereby authorize the Association for Career Technical Education of Arizona, hereafter referred to as “ACTEAZ,” to publish photographs and/or video footage taken of myself, my name and likeness, for use in the ACTEAZ’s print, sessions, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other ACTEAZ publications.

I hereby authorize the use of any personal content submitted through the ACTEAZ event registration including but not limited to personal photographs, product video and information, sessions and provided product documentation.

I hereby release and hold harmless ACTEAZ from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself associated with the images specified above.

By registering, I grant permission for the use of my name, voice and/or likeness related to my participation in any event affiliated with the 2026 Connection Conference. I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of sessions, photographs, or participation in company marketing materials or other ACTEAZ publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

By attending the ACTEAZ Conference, you acknowledge that this is a public event where photography and videography may occur. ACTEAZ may capture images and video of general sessions, public assemblies, and other conference activities to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the ACTEAZ website, marketing materials, and future association publications.

I release ACTEAZ, their employees, agents and consultants, the Arizona Department of Education, and any third parties involved from any claims, damages or liability.
