Thank you for your interest in being a sponsor for the 49th Annual Arizona Career and Technical Education Summer Conference! The conference will take place July 11 – 17, 2024 at the Hilton El Conquistador and Westin La Paloma resorts in Tucson, AZ.
ACTEAZ is a 501 (c)(6), a nonprofit Trade and Professional Association. Not all donations are considered tax deductible. Check with your accountant or tax consultant.
Why Sponsor Us?
The Arizona CTE Summer Conference is the largest career and technical education conference in the state and one of the largest in the nation. Each year, the event attracts over 1,000 education and industry professionals from more than 100 school districts and organizations.
The 2023 conference boasted approximately 300 sessions, onsite teacher certification by the Arizona Department of Education, and exhibitors from across the United States showcasing the latest and greatest technologies and resources for CTE educators.
Though the event is held in-person, we also use the conference app Swapcard so attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and sponsors can interact and network with one another.
All sponsorships include a virtual sponsor booth in the Swapcard conference app.
The Swapcard virtual booth includes:
- Customizable booth profile with video header and background image
- Upload links, documents, and photos (unlimited)
- Interact with attendees via chat
- Schedule meetings with attendees
- Send in-app messages and post on the Community Board and Social Feed to engage with attendees
- Collect and export lead information and engagement reports
- Logo will be displayed on app front page banner ads
- Platinum Sponsors: Swapcard Social Feed will have Platinum Sponsor logos as the background image
