Poster Session


Come on, you know you want to!

Do you have a great idea for a presentation, but don’t feel comfortable hosting a long session? This is your opportunity to dip your toes in the water.

ACTEAZ is hosting its 3rd annual Poster Session on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., prior to the Summer Conference Awards Breakfast.

What is a Poster Session?

The poster session is held in a large room where all presenters are gathered so participants can circulate and view the various presentations. Your presentation should be short and informal, but structured and concise.

This year’s presentation categories are:

  • Social and Emotional Learning
  • Career Explorations
  • Marketing Programs
  • Student Safety
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Social Media
  • Affiliate Information

Session Guidelines:

  • Presenters will be provided a table (no electricity)
  • Presenters must supply all their own handouts, devices, etc.
  • Presenters must stay at their tables for the full hour (8 – 9 a.m.)
  • Presenters must be set up by 7:45 a.m.
  • Poster dimensions should be 36” x 48”
  • Poster should be visually appealing and easy to read from 3 feet away
