This year we are offering new opportunities to enhance the ACTEAZ Exhibit experience. We are including dedicated exhibit times.

Dedicated Exhibit Times

Mic Time

We are also including 4 limited scheduled spots during these dedicated times for ‘mic time’ in which exhibitors will receive a few minutes on stage to briefly interact with attendees, invite them to their booths and raffle off a giveaway.

Details:

  • Exhibitors can only sign up for 1 spot and must provide raffle prize.
  • These ‘mic times’ will be listed in the Summer Conference app and reminders with the schedule will be included with attendee packets.
  • ACTEAZ will also provide attendees with the raffle tickets.
  • Attendees will need to visit the booth to receive their prize.
  • While ACTEAZ does not require a certain value for the prize, we remind you that attendees will be more encouraged to visit your raffles and booths for more interesting prizes.

    • Monday Band – $66
    • Tuesday Band – $66
  • Mobile App Notifications:
    • $10 per notification. 150-character limit and limit of 2 notifications per day.
  • Goodie Bag Drop ($300)
    • Include a flyer, brochure or small advertising item in our conference goodie bag that all attendees receive. You must provide the items to be put in the goodie bag.
  • Hallway Banner Display ($15)
    • Want to advertise that you’re there? A Popup banner up to 32” may be displayed in front of the exhibitor area. Limited space available.
  • Include your company logo on our conference bag ($500)
  • Include your company logo on our conference bag and our giant sponsor wall ($1000.00)
