Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds


Cancellations

Cancellations must be e-mailed to [email protected] no later than July 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Time). Refunds will be issued following the conference.

Note: Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not submitted a cancellation request by the required date will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Substitutions

Substitutions must be e-mailed to [email protected] from the original registrant or CTE Director’s office. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute in their place. A letter from the original registrant authorizing the substitution and an updated PO must be e-mailed to [email protected] along with the substitutes completed registration form by July 8, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Time).

Refunds

Request for refunds must be requested by e-mail to [email protected] no later than July 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (Arizona Time). Refunds will be issued following the conference.
