Virtual & Media Policy

I hereby authorize the Association for Career Technical Education of Arizona, hereafter referred to as “ACTEAZ,” to publish photographs and/or video footage taken of myself, my name and likeness, for use in the ACTEAZ’s print, sessions, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other ACTEAZ publications.

I hereby authorize the use of any personal content submitted through the ACTEAZ event registration including but not limited to personal photographs, product video and information, sessions and provided product documentation.

I hereby release and hold harmless ACTEAZ from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself associated with the images specified above.

By registering, I grant permission for the use of my name, voice and/or likeness related to my participation in any event affiliated with the 2025 Arizona CTE Summer Conference. I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of sessions, photographs, or participation in company marketing materials or other ACTEAZ publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

By attending the ACTEAZ Conference, you acknowledge that this is a public event where photography and videography may occur. ACTEAZ may capture images and video of general sessions, public assemblies, and other conference activities to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the ACTEAZ website, marketing materials, and future association publications.

I release ACTEAZ, their employees, agents and consultants, the Arizona Department of Education, and any third parties involved from any claims, damages or liability.
