Name Badges
Your conference name badge is your ticket to the conference, any additional sessions you have signed up for, and your meals. Attendees who have lost their badges will need to go to the Information Desk at Hilton or Westin for assistance. There will be a charge for a replacement badge.
Your name badge has a QR code on it that will be scanned so you can receive your meals. You will not receive a meal without your name badge. We ask attendees to wear their name badges in a prominent place so the QR codes can be scanned quickly while in the meal lines. If you are staying at the Hilton or Westin, it is recommended to eat breakfast at the hotel you are staying at before going to sessions.
