For this special 50th Anniversary Conference, we’ve carefully selected Tucson resorts to ensure your stay is as inspiring and memorable as the conference itself.

Rooms are expected to fill quickly. If your preferred hotel is unavailable, you may add your name to the waitlist. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a late cancellation fee of one night’s room & tax.
- Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one nights room & tax will apply if an attendee checks out before their confirmed departure date.
- Rates will not be changed and reservations made outside of the room block will not be moved into the group block.
- Credit cards must be provided at the time of booking. Credit cards are used to guarantee payment of a reservation in case of a no show, late cancellation or until the resort has received other payment arrangements.
- We accept the following methods of payment with the following guidelines. All payment methods must be received at least a month prior to the guests’ arrival. This allows the resort time to process all PO and methods of payment for each guest. Payment methods not received prior to the guest’s arrival could result in the guest having to provide their own personal credit card for payment of their room and tax.
- Credit cards: A credit card authorization form must be completed at least a month prior to arrival for those individuals or school districts that are covering payment of their attendees.
- Checks: Checks must be received by the resort at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to allow time for the check to be deposited and funds verified and posted.
- Purchase Orders: Purchase Orders are accepted as a method of payment. Purchase orders MUST list the name & dates of each guest as well as who to contact in case the resort has questions.
Loews Ventana Canyon Resort
