Exhibitor registration closes June 7, 2024.

Payment for exhibitor booth space is due in full by June 7, 2024. ACTEAZ reserves the right to cancel booth space if payment in full is not received by this date. 

All cancellations of exhibitor booths must be received in writing by June 7, 2024. There will be a $100 cancelation fee if the cancelation is received prior to the June 7 deadline. Any cancelation received after the deadline date will be billed at full exhibitor rate.

Virtual Booth Package

Virtual Booth: $425.00

If you cannot exhibit in person at the Summer Conference, but would still like to exhibit, we are offering you the opportunity to buy a virtual booth so you can still interact with attendees and generate leads.

We will send you a link so you can upload your information and documents to the virtual booth in the conference app. We will send instructions on where to go and how to proceed.

Exhibit Limitations

See Contract of Conditions to exhibit. It will be available for viewing during registration.

Note: On-site exhibitors must carry liability insurance due to our contract with the hotels. This must be submitted prior to the event.

Conference Hotel Accommodations

You must identify yourself as an exhibitor of the ACTEAZ 2024 Summer Conference to secure the reduced single/double room rate. This year’s rate is $100 per room per night, plus tax. Rooms are based on availability.

Room block opens in March 2024.

Note: Bus transportation will be provided between the conference hotels.
